Still learning how to navigate this site. What I was hoping for was a report on Pyramid Lake. Heading over there Thursday foe a few days - wondered if anyone has any news as to how it's fishing, patterns that are working, etc.

Look on Kiene's Board....there's a whole thread devoted to stillwater and several people have posted Pyramid reports in that

Just got back from Pyramid Monday, fishing was good, weather was bad, wind was bad! Caught good numbers midging, dark colors early and cloudy days, red and orange on sunny days, size #10, tied on 2457's and 2500s scud hooks. Good luck hook up soon.

Thanks - just so happens I tied up some of Andy Burks Pryamid Sparkle midges, black and red. Although I tied them on size 12 - taking my kit with me so I can tie some 10's.

To GSANO - thanks again. Got skunked on Thursday, BUT Friday weather was great (some wind but not bad at all) and the red midge was the ticket. Spanked them good. Took me a while to figure it out but once I did, Katy bar the door.
