It's been a while since I posted last and this being follow up post, I have to announce that I am a proud Pappa. Several years ago I posted that my daughter entered Cornell. Well, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology. She went on to Yale to be enrolled in a nursing program. She will be graduating with a Master's degree in nursing and will be a Nurse Practitioner this May. She applied to the Yale doctorate program to get a PhD in medicine. One of 500 applicants, she was one of only four that were accepted. I'm a proud Pappa. Just wanted to followup.

Congratulations. That is very cool. So nice to see your kids achieve their dreams.

And you have every right to be very proud. Congratulations to both of you and especially her since I know how hard she must have worked to get to this achievement!!!

You have to know, she has been driven since she was very young, always pushing herself to achieve her best. As parents, yes, we couldn't be prouder, that she has come so far at such a young age of 24 and that the difficult course she embarked on years ago will have been complete and will start her on the course of benefiting society in such a meaningful way.
