Hi Y'all! For current flow information you can call DWR's recorded message, updated daily at (530) 534-2307. A disclaimer is on all DWR info pages- Flows may change w/o notice. On CDEC, Dwr's info page, go to real time data, enter station name FRA and click on get data. You'll then see the water temps every 15 min.s and you can click on 24 hr data to see the whole days temps.
I'vw figured out hatches and high pecentage yield fishing time with this info.
I don't guide anymore and am starting to loosen up the knot on my bag of tricks.
You can ask anything, but you might not always get the answer that you want.
