Fishing With Daughters 14 Years, 11 Months ago
According to my fly fishing daughter, age 12, girls are 2nd class citizens in the fishing world. I have started a blog, www.fishingwithdaughters.com to address this

In the blog you will find anecdotes on education, kids tackle, trip stories with kids and even reviews of tackle by kids.

Please comtribute your own stories of fly fishing experiences with kids

Thanks!

Ed, there is a reply on the blog from England. An avid chalk stream fisherman recounts fishing w 8 year old Joe, his grandson. Joe has become a relentless fisherman. We'd love to hear about the exploits of your grandson with pictures!

Tight lines,

There is something wrong with the URL you posted.

My browser can't find it - Google eventually did, through a series of cut outs.

How about a URL that actually works?

I think the problem is that the url is FISHINGwithdaughters, not FLYFISHINGwithdaughters. Try this one Ed:

http://fishingwithdaughters.com

Thanks for the tech support!

We will soon have flyfishingwithdaughters.com up and running as a mirrored site.

I should say that I like the site and the concept.
Good work David!

Thanks. Several rod makers have contacted me to say they are making modestly priced bamboo rods for kids.

We will show the progress of Cris Carpenter as he makes cane rods for his 2 sons. Please stay tuned.
