The issue about the Monuments is that it can be done, and has been done by GWB, Clinton, and Carter to avoid going thru Congress. I don't like Executive orders from either political party. We don't need a king. The blame all gets put on the easiest target (anglers), the pollution and the polluters get a free pass.
