I knew SOME turkey would say that. Yeah, you could assume that from this pic, but it's just the current pushing the dropper to the surface.

freaking ruthless on this board huh? remind me never to post pictures again. don't wanna hear anyone upset that I fished with a fly over size 16. sheesh
