I think Sgt. Diaz has been permanently furloughed by the state of CA. Either that, or he retired to Florida and is currently hassling the bait dunkers on vacation from Brooklyn, fishing on the St. Augustine pier.

Do Sarge a favor - Sarge's 91 Chevy is getting a little worn out - how about you sending it in to GM for a new one. I'll even give you a ride in it to visit Bubba and Thully in the pokie. While you're at it you can send in thullys waders . They were only a 1/2 year old vs your 8 y/o junk. Heck, they may send you 2 pairs since they were relatively new.

I hope you've been thinking about barbed hooks - I got the itch to write some tickets. That goes for you too FlyGuy. Between the two of you I'll probably wear out a Bic or two.

Why don't you transfer to the Consumer Fraud Department, a lot of folks here complain about the high cost of fly fishing equipment or the limited donations of items to fund raising efforts of not for profit and actual 501c(3)charity groups from flyfishing dealers and manufacturers...could it be that the cost of doing business has risen causing the level of donations to drop because fraud by consumers who wear stuff out or break stuff because they abuse the equipment (remember: "take care of your equipment and it will take care of you" ) have unrealistic expectations of customer service as well as being cry-baby consumers with demands for replacement of worn out stuff or abused equipment and that causes the prices to go higher?
