Here's one I caught, which I did indeed release.
And here's one that I DIDN'T release (but I didn't eat).
I'm pretty much a "live and let live" kind of dude, and this was at least the SEVENTH of these critters I've seen this summer, but this one was really aggressive and left me no other option. I might catch heat for doing this, like I did from the wife and kid, but I think(?) they'd rather have me than a live snake.
At least I have something cool to hang from the rear view mirror of my Prius!
