Customer Service Report - St. Croix 16 Years, 7 Months ago  
Got the St. Croix rod back today. of the 4 packages I sent in, I now have three back... first prize to TFO... second to Patagonia... third to St. Croix and the most expensive item sent in, the RL Winston Rod, is still outstanding.

Odd that the $160 rod was the first back and the RL Winston is still out, even a week after the TFO arrived.

Got what I was looking for from RL Winston... got a letter telling me that I'll have my rod back in 6 weeks. At least now I know that they got it and that it's coming back home in a while.
