HI,
In todays Burney Intermountain News an article about the power projects on the Pit river stated that the river road will be closed from 7/01/09 until 12/01/09. That pretty much knocks out the fishing from Lake Britten to Big Bend. That sucks!

The south side of Clark Creek road will be closed up to the dam. I don't know if we will be able to access the stairs underneath the dam.(I don't see why not?) The north side of Clark Creek Road will be open down to Pit 4. There may be traffic controls during construction. You can access Pit 5 and Pit 4 through Big Bend but you will not be able to get past the Pit 4 dam.


Fishing remains good on 3,4 and 5. #1 is to warm for catch and release.
