I have fished the Middle Provo the last two years and sow bugs during the day and E/C Caddis at night are great producers. I have also caught my biggest browns right at dark so don't get off the water too early. Here is a link for a small, but friendly fly shop in Heber City if you haven't been there before. Good Luck!
