Sisters, OR suggestions 16 Years, 8 Months ago

Yo. Being so saddened by the passing of the King of Pop, I'm going to go up to Sisters, OR for a few days next week. The spot I wanted to fish looks like it is almost 2 hours away... which means I won't be fishing there. Anyone have suggestions for a what I should look at for fishing? I know the Metolius is there... and it is beautiful... but it is also TOUGH, as I recall. Any advice appreciated.
