Hey Dustin,
I did cut these pictures down in size. Using photoshop I used the image size adjustment option to make the document maximum size dimension 6 inches (usually ended up about 4 by 6's) with a resolution of about 72 pixels per inch. That would generally give me a jpeg file size around 100 kb. This also relates to pixel dimensions (400ish by 300ish) pixels which I know is related to the size as well.
Dana is the photographer and she showed me how to do this and it generally works so I stick with it. Prior to doing that, Those pictures are really huge, 3 plus megabytes and x??x pixels

, and obviously would never fit. Even with those adjustments I had trouble getting things to fit to be shown and that is why I ended up with 4 parts to the report. I may experiment next time with reducing the size down to 3 by 5's with 72 pixels per inch.
