lost for a while 16 Years, 9 Months ago  
but I figure I should let everyone know that we are OK and ready to get on with life and
get back to fishin'. Mrs.Sal-Man is regaining her health and the cancer is in remission.
Haven't been on the water for so long I can't remember the last trip ...well with my C.R.S
I dont remember much anyhow but I do remember all the support we received from all the
great people on the NCFFB again a big "Thank You" to all that helped my family get through a very
trying time in our lives.

I will be at the bash, not sure if the girls will be but I will and I'll have something to add
to the feed bag and I still have a couple sets of swap flies for the raffle tied and donated
by all the swappers from what seems like the distant past. I'll see you all there !

Ok I will now try and read what I've missed on the board for the past year.

Hey Mark, glad to see you here. Glad to hear that Melissa is clear of the cancer. I'll be praying that she stays that way!

Unfortunately, Cyndi and I will be wussing out on the Bash...
Ed will be there running the Raffle though. There are quite a few good prizes, at least 3 rods.

Hey Mark,

That is wonderful news that Mrs. Salman is regaining her health and her cancer is in remession. Praise God! It will be good to see you up there at the bash. Dana and I have not been fishing much this year but after I retire at the end of 2009, I plan to make up for lost opportunities the last couple years .

jeez talk about a busy week for me...
really lookin forward to seeing all that make it there and gettin a line wet in the Pit if its
in shape or anywhere over that way thats fishable. Sadly , Melissa wont be able to make it but
she'll be there in spirit but she started back to work and can't get the time off without
sacrafiseing the new job .

I rather expect it to be a party - if you bring a sleeping bag you can crash someplace in Site 62 - there'll be a flock of folks there!!
