I walked around the house 3 times, looking at nets, reels, and then I espied, resting comfortably in a corner, my virgin Redington 7 wt., 5 piece, mid-flex, fighting butted rod that I purchased on sale about 3 years ago. I'm a fast action kinda guy, so the rod has been gathering dust, waiting for the Great Kelleher to lay a trip on me.

I'll have to mail it fast, on Monday. To whom and what address?

As for the photos I was thinking of something non-CA specific. Some images transcend place and time...but that's for next year. (Don't forget, I do fish in WY, NM and AK. I DON'T fish in AZ, which is funny, I guess.)

Hey, I couldn't think up the "God Save the Queen" thing myself! In response to one of my (many) previous posts, when I asked how long to wait until setting on a dry take, YOU told me that the Gillies say, "GSTQ", but if I said that around you I might find myself struck on the back of my neck with a wet fish.
