Jeff,

There are at least two out by Jim Schollmeyer that are very good, "Hatch Guide for Lakes" and "Hatch Guide for Western Streams". I seem to recall he may have a third but I don't remember the title. Both of the mentioned books have a picture of the bug and on the opposite page a few examples of the fly. There is a much more comprehensive tome that is more scientific but I don't remember the name. Hope this helps
