“East Walker River & Other Tahoe Region Fishing”
California Fly Fishers Unlimited (CFFU) will have Victor Babbit, a guide with Tahoe Fly Fishing Outfitters, in South Lake Tahoe at our meeting Tuesday April 7, starting at 7 pm. Victor’s favorite fishing spots are the East & West Walker Rivers, East & West Carson Rivers, Truckee and Little Truckee Rivers, and Heenan Lake. Come and listen to an expert on these Sierra waters, gets some tips and techniques, and you may hear a fish story or two.
A fly casting clinic and fly tying demonstration by club members will start at 6:15 pm, with the business meeting starting at 7 pm. The meeting is held at Camp Pollock (Boy Scout Camp), 1501 Northgate Blvd., Sacramento. Guests interested in fly fishing are welcome to attend.
