Leaked draft legislation to deregulate Striped Bas 17 Years, 1 Month ago  
CSPA has just received a PDF file of proposed draft legislation to deregulate the striped bass. The story, as much as is known, as well as a copy of the PDF file is on the CSPA site.

The hand written notes on the first page of the pdf file tell the real story, it's another attempt at a water grab. Even so, it's one more battle we will be forced to fight if the legislation is introduced.

We will need everyone's help on this one!
