I use the following: http://www...gi-bin/rel_notif.pl?-sha

It shows the scheduled releases for Keswick. That should give you a good idea of what the upper portion of the Lower Sac is looking like. It's currently at 3250 cfs, it's been holding there since 1-3-09.

I just talked to my dad who lives up there and he said that it's off color in the upper portion, but that will change within 24-48 hours of the rain stopping.

Hope this helps, Mark

When I passed over the river Sunday from the T it was beginning to blow out. A little downriver and it was off color. The Trinity was also beginning to go.

As of yesterday afternoon the Sac at the Bend Bridge was at or above summer flows and the color of coffee with cream. It rained all night here so I doubt it came down any.
