TFO customer service 17 Years, 1 Month ago  
Bought a Temple Fork Outfitters 8wt TICR last summer. (Great rod by the way). Went to cast it a couple of weeks ago and it broke a few inches above the middle ferrel. I believe the rod was damaged on a trip to Florida last fall. I hadn't cast it since then. Mailed it to TFO on the 3rd of February. It arrived at my doorstep today, 8 days later. Not bad!

busted a TFO backpacking last fall. Took the broken section back to Kiene's and TFO sent me an entirely new rod about a week later. I second TFO customer service and will add Kiene's (once again) to the list of positive customer service experiences.
