This will kill you. Kenai headwaters sought for low impact hydro. You might wish to contact Friends of Cooper Landing in order to see what you can do to stop this.

Last fall we fished Crescent Lake and it was a pity to see fish guts in pristine water. Can you imagine what a work crew will do while building a hydro project in this area? I don't see catching fish like this if this hydro project doesn't get stopped in its tracks.

Hope that whole thing can be stopped dead in it's tracks.

Thanks, Ed. How would you like that fish tugging on your line? The fellow that caught it never caught a grayling before. The water clarity of Crescent Lake is equal to if not probably better than Lake Tahoe. Over the years the grayling have declined in size- probably from being eaten. Their size would definitely decline with the construction of hydro unit. Here is another shot of the same fish.
