Feather River flows: October 27: 1565cfs - November 24: 978cfs (scheduled for 950cfs). Wonder if the "spigot idiots" upriver understand that the 12 remaining salomn tend to spawn in Oct & Nov. Eggs and alevin don't do well in a dry and sunlit environment. WTF?
