East Carson Report 17 Years, 4 Months ago  
Went out to the East Carson today for a little fishing. I couldn't get my head straight, so I didn't stay long. Did manage to land a couple fish, which, to my surprise, were Whitefish. Didn't know they were in there... but they are. Landed 2, about 14-15". Fought like crap, but kind of cool to catch a different species that is native and wild.

Saw some big fish... but could not entice them. Weather was cold and windy, didn't see the dry action I was hoping to see.
