Our weather was a little more cooperative- partly cloudy and if it did rain, it was overnight. Talked to some folks that did the falls trip and they didn't catch anything until they were lower in the river. I agree that the sockeyes were way down this year. We stayed up in the mountains with the exception out on the coastal streams for fresh silvers and steelhead. It was a good year, but nothing like your photos indicate in the middle river for those hawgs. Of course, with two kids in school, I almost didn't go, much less have a guide.

Bob, Chris start working yet? I got a call early this morning from my daughter. Last night was her last shift of work in YP, so she attempted to do Half Dome starting at Happy Isles around 12:30 last night. She finally made it up around dawn. Her friend waited a the bottom of the cables- afraid of heights. Now she finds out.
