looking for some advice 17 Years, 9 Months ago  
looking for a little advice fishing for Steelies in the Feather, anywhere from Gridley to downtown Oroville, any help is appreciated.

I'm not a Feather fisher, but I'm assuming you mean later in the year, right?

Hey Bjorn, once the the smoke clears, not too much later ..I read in a few different reports that the steelies can be caught year round in the area..I'm sure it's not as good as during the run in Oct. - Nov. but it would give me something to chase thats close to home..

shhhhhhhh, don't tell but the steelhead fishing is actually pretty good right now.

thanks for the info, appreciate it..I'm thinking about giving it a shot after work tomorrow, depends how bad the smoke is.
