Hi all,

Your new board is quite impressive and very nice. Well done.

I've been reading your old board since the beginning of the year but never posted. But now with the new board brings new beginnings so thought it was time to introduce myself and start posting. I've setup my profile so you can check it out.

Now for some shameless name dropping. The only person I've fished with here is Slim who I've fished with several times in the last year at Donnell's, Melones and Kirman. It's always hard work where we go but a blast none the less.

I saw Bjorn at one of our fly club meetings last fall give a fishing report, but he never comes anymore so I haven't had a chance to meet him since. But I assume he's too busy with the new baby.

I saw Phil's Alaska presentation last May at our fly club and loved it. And all the new reports from Alaska recently are just wonderful. Would love to go to Alaska someday.

I also recognise a few names from other fishing boards I've posted on, so looking forward to conversing with you over here as well.

See ya.

Hey Flycanoe,
Welcome abord. The Spring bash is a great opportunity to meet many people from the board and you could take your canoe out on Baum lake or the Fall river. Thanks for coming out of the wood works and I'll keep an eye out for you at future events.

Tight Lines,

Jet

Welcome,

You probably have already figured this out (or you wouldn't still be hanging around!), but this is a really great group of people and you really have the opportunity to make some good friends as well as fishing buddies. Make sure and try to make a Bash or some other event and put some faces to the names. It's a whole 'nother world!
