On a last minute trip, my family will be visiting some friends in Dunsmuir for a few nights. Dec 26th through Dec 30th??? Any hotel recommendations?

They're not really cheap, but are historic, have a full kitchen and can sleep a whole family. There are 3 of them in a lil compound. They're not right in town, but closer to Castle Crag Park.

lternative. They also have a couple of rooms with kitchens.
Right across the street from Ted Fay's and
within a walk of the Upper Sac.

Lake Siskiyou Campground has some nice cabins,
and you could fish the upper sac right there,
also castle lake and lake siskiyou in the evenings...
