Now I'm really pissed off! There are only about 500 fish that return to this river. I don't really fish the San Lorenzo or Putah much, but now I will have to wear the same old crappy waders and boots reserved for NZMS water when I do.
Dry, freeze, or disinfect your waders, people!

Those bastards just showed up on the lower American, too. Bad stuff all around.
The A I was not surprised by, but the SL? How many anglers (from out of the SC area) actually fish that anyway?

I would guess that they got transmitted by anglers from the bay area, including Santa Cruz, that fish Putah Creek and the San Lorenzo during the winter.

Some guys will hit a couple of these coastal streams in one weekend. I hope the message gets out before they get spread further down your way.
