The Fly Fishers of Davis will meet at Harper Junior High School on Tuesday, December 11 for the annual "home-grown" meeting. Club members will demonstrate fly tying, rod building, knot tying, and how to manufacture indicators for use on fly lines. Along with the usual raffle and fishing reports, there will also be a short program on fly fishing in Baja California. Beginning fly fishers will be interested in the Fly Fishing 101 program. Beginning fly fishers of all ages are welcome to come learn how to fly fish. Although the course is meant as an introduction to fly fishing, it is also intended to introduce the well seasoned intermediate to different fisheries, techniques, and locations across Northern California.
