Got to the hole twenty minutes late and saw this.

went to net the fish and realized its not gonna fit.

Made out with a fish.

A Real steelheader never shows up to the hole twenty minutes late. doesnt carry a net because he knows how to land fish without one. He is also comfotable enough with who his manhood that he doesnt have to pose for hero shots with every litle five pound sewer dink that he catches. Where i come from we call those trout.

Where I fish, you can't even posess a net within a hundred yards of the river.

If you knew who owned that net you probably wouldn't have said that, but I'll save you the embarrassment. I'll admit to sleeping in al little to late, because I was up until 3:00 am tying some of the shabbiest red copper johns you've ever seen and knowing they'll really stick 'em. In fact, that is how most of my favorite patterns came to be.

Now can we all just lose the "holier than thou" attitude, because I can guarantee you are holier than I, and as a nonbeliever I don't give a squaw's tail.

Just let it rest. You are turning into this season's AZ Bruce and your not doing yourself or the downtown store much good. You see how well Bruce is loved on this board.

You keep making some sort of overture to 'stop the hate,' but then you close with a sweeping dig at the board or some arrogant statement about nets or casting distance, or that you hate fat old men and SF. No one cares about that. You should try to post about something we can all enjoy and get behind, rather than something designed to make you look better than others. This will get a positive response, rather than what you've grow used to.

You must admit this post was a little silly and when fishhawk blasted you, I almost responded with something like, 'let the 19 year have some little slack.' ...But you just asked for more with this last post.

If you dont like what he or anyone posts why write paragraphs about it. Maybe if you didnt write inflammatory responses, he would stop posting all together. Im starting to be ashamed that your associated with the sport i love.

Dude, that's the point, it is both of you spouting off when you both just need to shut it all together. Thanks for reminding me (and others like me) why I only lurk in the shadows on occassion, and focus on just going fishing solo and avoiding my fellow anglers.
