Fished the Russian on the 17th on several holes. Total of 6 hours. One guy I was with caught a half pounder. A big seal was chasing fish at Monte Rio under the bridge. Saw one salmon roll at Nealy Pool. I think the mouth has been closed recently and there has been no rain to open it up, leaving them out off the coast "fair game" for the trawlers.
