Well one less rod on the Trinity and Lower Sac this year. "SLAP repair" the short version is 2 plastic rivits holding my labram in place, removed 2 spurs, 6 weeks to heal, another 6 weeks rehab. Makes you think, I'm thankful this is all repairable and will be 100% after all is done, my health in genral is good. I have a new respect for having 2 good arms, it was my right shoulder and i'm right handed, typing this with one hand. It does hurt now, I thank God for my wife. The scattered words and any misspellings are the drugs.
