Due to the generosity of a couple people, there is NOW a rod up for auction. All proceedes will go to Hud's wife, Sas. I have no doubt, this group will once again shine, and show support for one of it's own.

The rod is a 9'6" 6wt., built on a Batson blank. DougP has used his private stock of burl, to buld the reelseat.The grip has a burl insert. Wraps are done in a maduro brown, to honor our Partner's love of cigars.

the end date is november 4, 2007 (11/04/2007). apparently the software displays the dates in the european format (as 04/11/2007). if you look at the start date it says 19/10/2007. that is eurojibberish for 10/19/2007. sorry for the confusion - maybe this is a setting that greg can fix.

Added to the Hud's Rod Auction, is a new Redington GD reel. The reel has plenty of backing space, for the screaming runs all of you experience.
