ISE Sacramento 18 Years, 1 Month ago
Joey and I are going the show to see Papa Bear's about a possible AK trip. Any suggestions on whats the best day to go to get in on some deals? They had a pretty good kids section and raffle last year. Joey can't resist the fish in the pool Last year they had fly tying near the pool so he tied a fly and caught a fish with it.

Let me know if you are planning on going? We are pretty flexible but I am leaning towards Friday.

See you at the show,

Jet

I'm in the Youth fair at the WU booth today and Sunday afternoon,in the other WU booths the rest of the weekend, if I had kids and wanted them to catch mass quantities of fish, I would go Friday. If I wanted my kids to WIN all the free prizes they have for kids only, I would go Sunday. Some of the prizes the kids get to win is a 5hp Merc outboard, a Minn Kota trolling motor, a Final Approach layout blind, ..., there is about $30,000 of stuff for the kids to win. It should be crazy, BUT ( and it is a bigger butt than MINE) they have to be present to win!

A new unit of measurement for mass...Larger than a Troutnut butt.

Right up there with Cannelloni...most folks think it's an Italian pasta dish...but in places like Oroville, it's a unit of liquid measure...as in, "This cannelloni hold 2 quarts of beer!"

They were 8 oz cups of Bud, so yes, you could call it recycled. Today the same cup was $5.
