First off, I don't know Fall River, so I'm a newbie at fishing it.
Friday afternoon - windy, cold , but a bit warm if/when the sun came out. I caught fish mainly on a leech, but not the usual leech most use at Fall River. I used a bunny leech about 3" long..for this one, 4 others of similar size
The weeds are slim and just starting to grow.
Sat was interesting. PMD if the wind wasn't blowing. Wind would blow, then stop, bugs would pop off, occassional fish rising, but they were keying on small black nymphs. Wind would kick up, bugs stoped poping, fish stopped hitting. I used my leech, wiggle tails, and nymphs under an indicator - all methods caught fish. I was lucky compared to others in our group.
Sun - blue bird day, no wind, high temps..and hardly any bugs. By noon we had not even had a hit so we packed it in.
Lots of boats out on all 3 days
That's my report
