This one worked well for me at Manzanita last year during the BASH
Lt Grey Thread,
Lt Grey Marabou fluff tail (or three Lt Grey Ostrich fibers),
Lt Grey dubbing (I like beaver) for abdomen & thorax,
(Keep the dubbed body tight & thin, not tapered)
Black uniwire Rib for abdomen,
Oak Turkey wing section for wingcase,
Dubbed head,
(& use a hacksaw blade to scruff up the dubbing fibers on the
Underside of the Thorax to pullout hairs to suggest legs or movement)
No added weight, fished on a long leader, just under the surface with twitches on the line every once in a while.
