Mike it's sure nice to see an encouraging report on Davis from someone I trust. So far everything I've heard and seen has been pretty bleak. All small fish and not many of them. I was pretty sure you'd fish Eagle Pt if you got out. Poor old Sammie had another seizure the other day so I wasn't able to get out. I'll try and make it out sometime this week if possible.
No doubt about it retrievers make excellent fishing partners - if the fishing sucks you can always go swimming with the dog.

Jonny B is up fishing Eagle this week - if it's anything like last year this time he's probably yelling "fish on" right about now.
