Fishing Report: Henry Coe 18 Years, 2 Months ago
Took 6 out of 18 scouts to Henry Coe SP and hiked from Coyote Creek entrance to Kelly Lk. for camping. Great hike, but steep (1600 ft. gain). Perfect cool weather. Kids fished (spinning) from limited shore access, and caught a total of about 30 bass, crappie, blue gill combo. We kept 5 to eat, and released the rest. They hiked back to Hunting Hollow in order to get credit for a 15 mile hike. I wish to thank all of those board members that donated packs, fishing gear, sleeping bags etc. to help our kids out with thses types of campiing experiences. It was a fun time.

Our tradition is that of the first man who sneaked away to the creek
when the tribe did not really need fish.
