Hey Eric! I'm not going snooping on the Feather when there's shad right in my back yard. Here's what the guy said Tues. evening: 10 guys total fishing from the clay banks around the rapids and a couple of boats anchored downstream. He said he fished below the rapids but above the boats. I guess if boats can anchor there you should be able to anchor your kayak there too. Good luck! Jeff C.
