Running into some snags. Taxes? What are those? What do you mean we have to pay road tax on cooking oil we use in our Mercedes??? Of course you do, dumbo, you use the same roads the rest of us gas guzzling morons use, why shouldn't you???

This quote is ridiculous. California has such a large population it has to be one of the worst states when it comes to inpact to the environment. Yes, many folks are attempting to mitigate that, but Californians are fooling themselves if they think all those people are not making a huge impact by 'going green'. I've spent a fair amount of time in North and South Dakota and I can assure you the air quality, watersheds, and ecosystems are in much better shape in those places because there are so few people there to impact them. This idea that burning vegetable oil and using recycled toilet paper makes you a green state while you've got 300,000,000 people living there dosen't make any sense. I'm not saying don't do those things...quite the contrary. With so many people it becomes even more important to make smart environmental decisions, but don't fool yourself into thinking you live in a state where nature dosen't know you're there.

How are they going to tax the crap out of you on those?
