Because of the threat of drought conditions in the Sacramento/San Joaquin Valley, the feds are in the midst of reclassifying Trinity River flows from a normal year to a dry year. This would re-route 630 billion gallons of Trinity water into the Sacramento system. (The Trinity is already robbed of 50% of it's water!)
Earthjustice has, by certified letter, notified the agencies involved that if they carry out the plan they will be in violation of the Endangered Species Act.
