Heddon Cane Rod - Model No. Needed - Photos 17 Years, 11 Months ago  
I have a 9' 3/2 Heddon (Identified by the Charles Heddon Pat. No. 1624052 on the reel seat) split bamboo fly rod in excellent condition with both "heavy" and "light" tips. The tips are the same length but one is slightly thicker than the other, and the "light" tip is super-flexible. The problem is, there is no Heddon signature/model # on the butt section. I know Heddon made rods in the 20s/30s for some of the big outfitters and apparently did not sign some of them. Any ideas out there how I could get a better I.D. on this rod? (Please see photos)
