Cooking trout while backpacking 18 Years ago  
Anyone have any good recipes/techniques for cooking up some brookies? We'll be in desolation for 5 days next week and figured we supplement out freeze dried food with some stunted brook trout. No fires, so they have to be cooked over a camp stove. Don't want to carry a lot of perishable foods, but willing to bring a couple things to make the fish tasty. Any ideas?
