I think it is called "stoneflyus dejavuus".

that would be a little yellow stonefly. sometimes there are big brown ones and I even saw some huge black and orange stone flys yesterday. There were also a bunch of big brown mayflies and some small caddisflies.

My guess is that it is a stone that just shed its skin and the exoskeleten hasn't hardened or darkened yet. Might be an immature golden, but without any size info its hard to tell. There were some articles a number of years ago in the fly fishing rags about this. Somebody designed a pattern and called it an albino stone.
