I've found a couple in my area.

13ft Coleman in good condition $200

16'6' Coleman Touring Canoe (2002) New $400

Not sure what touring means but that one is a good drive for me. The other is close but looks well used and he said it has foam on the side for stability/floatablity? Anyone ever hear of that? Let me know your thoughts?
