Dick Nelson Memorial
Richard “Dick” Nelson was great fly tyer, inventor of the Aztec series, an internationally respected recipient of the 1977 Buz Buszek Fly Tying Award, and an exceptional fly tying teacher. Dick Nelson's son David, who is Chairman of the FFF Fly Tying Committee, put up a memorial web site describing Dick's life, service, love of fly tying, and friendship. See it all at:

The Federation of Fly Fishers has established a Dick Nelson Memorial Fly Tying Teaching Fund in his honor that will be used to support international efforts at teaching fly tying. Please consider a donation:
