I just copied this off the a regulations site. I thought they proposed and then canceled this.
"4.1 FISHING SEASON. Due to spawning season the open waters of Pyramid Lake shall be open to fishing year round, with the exception of Trout Season, which shall be open from October 1 to June 30 of each year. From March 15 to May 16, closed areas are from the Sutcliffe Marina up to and including the South Nets Beach area. Fishing within 500 feet of all boat docks is prohibited."
So it looks like "the nets" are closed for the spring. Looks like I'll have to become a "angler".
