possible new stream designation 17 Years, 8 Months ago

In light of recent posts I believe we need a new stream designation...I propose "high-fishing" only. A place where anglers, with proper perscriptions, are allowed exclusive access to sections of water. Bring your rod, pole, net, pitchfork, whatever tool you feel necessary and a big bong load and the stream is yours.

You could count me in but since I only use frog colored hand grenades on public streams it will be fished out too fast to make it profitable.
