Sorry Paul but Section XIV ( Official Gatherings of the NCFFB ), subsection 4.a.1 of the NCFFB by-laws specifically states that " A gathering designated as a Bash can be held anywhere within the state of California". Section XIV, subsection 4.a.2 states "A gathering held outside California will be referred to as a mini-Bash". This is the case in the Montana Mini-Bash of 2003 in which Jonsey, his son, Greg, Kelly and myself attended.
Again XIV, 4.b.1 says " An
All-Time Basher shall be defined as any NCFFB member who has attended all Bashes as defined in subsection 4.a.1 above. Failure to attend for any reason will result in the disqualification of that member for consideration as an
All Time Basher "
