Andrew, thanks for posting that. I'm afraid my poorly composed, ranting original post gave the wrong impression. I am in favor of CalTrout TU & nccfff and I support the proposed flow regime. I wasn't trying to say "read up what CalTrout is trying to do to us" but "read up what calTrout is doing for us". Anyway, thanks for straightening it out. And I did send a comment to FERC in support of the proposal.
